Some people can hop on and off the train with ease, others have a tough time climbing back on board.
Yesterday’s foray into zucchini bread turned into a trip to McDonald’s today. It’s not that I’m a fan of fast food, but that’s what happened.
Tomorrow morning’s weigh-in — something I was looking forward to — is all but certain to return bleak numbers.
Should I quit? Should I give up?
Nope.
I’m determined to hunker down and get it on. Now, more than ever.

Reboot Logbook Day #31
I’ve been working on this reboot for a month now. Today was a huge setback, but the work I put into the other days was not wasted.
Body – 1: Off the diet. Feeling fat. But it could have been a whole lot worse.
Mind – 1: Not a good day for clear thinking, but not a total waste either.
Spirit – 1: A little prayer, and a lot of faith.
Hey, the only way to fail is to quit trying.
No way.
