I really don’t want to make my report today.
Did you watch the documentary about Joe the Juicer and his first torch-bearer, Phil Staples?
Phil lost a big chunk of his truck-sized gut, then walked into a Windy’s, ordered up a few baconators, and dove right back into the nightmare.
My weekly weigh-in today had me up 3 lbs for the week, not down 3 like I was aiming for. The worst thing is that I worked hard to hit my goal, then let up just as success was in sight.
Have you ever done that?
It’s not the recommended method.

Reboot Logbook Day #32
Here’s my tally for the day. I’m not proud of the scores, but I deserve them.
Body – 0: I didn’t totally drop the ball, but I sure didn’t do much to hang on to it.
Mind – 1: Very little thought. Very little study. At least I slid up to the plate here and made my report.
Spirit – 1: I did not do The DEEP, but I did attend a Church service.
Am I giving up?
No.
See you tomorrow, Lord willing.
