What is your most ambitious goal for the month? What do you most want to see happen?
A big part of reaching goals is setting them in the first place…
Once that’s done, just keep walking in that direction.
How to Live the Dream
Isn’t it funny how life is so simple, yet difficult?
If you want to lose weight, just eat less and exercise more.
But we can’t get ourselves to do that.
If you want to accomplish something, stop thinking about it and start working on it.
Yet we often can’t stay on track long enough to finish.
That’s what the The DEEP and the Roadturn Reboot are all about: Finding out how to do what you know you should do.
Simple.
But difficult.

Reboot Logbook Day #9
Body – 3: I kept my food intake simple and not excessive, and I hiked for close to two miles along the Deschutes River. Not a workout to brag about, but a good day. I treated myself with respect, for the most part.
Mind – 3: I stayed fairly well focused, I studied my craft, and I met with a mentor. Altogether, a winning day.
Spirit – 2: I did The DEEP first thing, and I appreciated nature on my hike… but that’s about it. I did pray and meditate enough to get close to a 3 rating, but I’ll keep it at 2.
It’s evening time on Friday. I try to take Friday through Saturday evening off. Time to relax and be grateful.
Shalom!
