Do you ever eat like a glutton?
Do you sometimes find yourself stuffing food in your mouth like you’re starving… but you’ve not missed a meal in years?
Here’s what happens with me: I can do fine all day or all week, then decide to let up a little. Let’s say I’ve been eating plenty of vegetables, but decide a little almond butter on my celery wouldn’t hurt.
Then, someone makes some popcorn. Nothing wrong with that, right?
I’m scarfing down the corn when I smell pumpkin pie. There goes the dietary plan. I turn into a wildman.
If you’re anything like me, you know your work is cut out for you. This reboot won’t be easy, but it’s necessary.
You know it is.

Reboot Logbook Day #34
Here’s how the day went…
Body – 2: For the most part, I followed my plan. Then out came that jar of almond butter…
Mind – 3: I attended an excellent meeting with some smart folks this evening. I was fairly even-keeled all day.
Spirit – 3: I began the day with The DEEP, had some meaningful spiritual discussion, and prayed a bit. I even fit a little meditation in today.
Yom Kippur has just begun. The holiest day of the year. May your name be inscribed in the Book of Life. May the coming year be the best one ever.
NOTES
Two important places to visit: DAY #1 and this mp3: The DEEP.
