Right eating and wise spending are kissing cousins.
What works for one works for the other.
Binging out tonight and letting tomorrow pay the bill is a bad idea.
Rather, the wise person knows that today’s actions prepare the path for tomorrow.
You can prepare a blessing for yourself, or you can cook up a curse.
Your choice.
One thing for sure: health is more valuable than money.
And you’re always making your own bed…

Reboot Logbook Day #22
No exercise today, but I stuck with my eating plan and applied my mind to education. All told, a blessed day.
Body – 3: Okay, no “real” exercise, but I kept close to my diet and didn’t sit all day. It’s a low 3, but a 3 nevertheless.
Mind – 3: I studied, I thought, I listened, I watched. A pretty good day. I was reasonable.
Spirit – 2: I began with The DEEP and did pray a little, but nothing spectacular. One of these days, I’m going to get serious about meditation and prayer… and I’ll be that’s when my results will soar.
