The days are long, but the months and years are short.

Too short.

You look back on yourself six or nine months ago and think, “Why didn’t I make a change then? Why am I still facing this same problem?”

Many times, we finally give in. We say, “What the heck! Who cares? I might as well enjoy life…”

But we don’t.

Should You Surrender? Should You Give Up?

Surrender may be the path to peace, but surrendering to the wrong person or thing leads you to a peace dictated by someone or something else.

A Roadturn Principle is that we should never give up, we should never stop fighting. But that doesn’t mean we should constantly fight everyone or everything!

There are many things we should give up. There are many things we should stop fighting.

Wisdom guides you to embrace the right things and get rid of the rest.

And your heart knows which is which.

What’s Kicking Your Butt Today?

A guiding principle for me, right now, is personal health. I’ll fight to get and stay in shape because my children need me to be there for them.

How about you? What is one thing you KNOW you should do? And WHY is it so important?

Those are two very important things to decide. They are life-changing things to decide.

Reboot Logbook Day #16

Here are my assessments for the day:

Body – 3: I stuck to my eating plan today, and it’s fairly intense. Not much exercise, but my diet was a huge win.

Mind – 3: I learned, I payed attention, I listened. All told, a good day for the mind.

Spirit – 2: I began with The DEEP, but didn’t focus much on the Spirit.

I’m on the right track. I know I am. My job is to stick with it. And that’s where The DEEP comes in.
