Some days are easier than others. This one was tough.
To start off, I slept later than I wanted. To end up, I ate later and more than I should.
And In between, it was difficult to stay focused.
I didn’t drop the ball, but my game was a bit unsteady.
What to do? Wrap it up and look forward to the blessings of a new day.

Reboot Logbook Day #7
Mind – 3: I did get some decent study time in today, and I attended a talk given by one of my mentors.
Body – 2: I went over on calories and drank way too much diet soda and got very little exercise. Bad idea.
Spirit – 2: Slim on prayer and meditation. Saving grace: I attended Wednesday night service at Church and was exhorted by an excellent sermon.
Hey, things could have gone a whole lot worse. Lord willing, I’ll get another chance to push forward tomorrow.
A big part of the Roadturn Reboot is observing where I fail, where my weak spots are. It may be that my low numbers on the Spirit side of things are holding me back in Mind and Body. Could be. That’s my theory. We’ll see as the trail opens up down the road.
NOTES
