Why am I posting a daily reboot logbook entry online?
It may be that someone, someday, will come across my experience… and it will be exactly the encouragement that person needs to continue on with theirs.

Why Should She Want to Live?
Tonight, I spoke with a lady who has a skin condition. The doctors have tested her and poked her and prodded her endlessly. They have given her a smorgasboard of drugs and antibiotics, but they can’t find a reason for her distress.
She feels ugly. She feels God-forsaken. She is wondering why she’s alive in the first place.
Thankfully, a friend suggested juicing, and she is seeing some improvement from a diet-based approach.
Maybe a change in diet will help her. Maybe it will take stress relief as well. Maybe God will heal her.
I don’t know the answer for her, but I do know she’s hanging on by a thread of hope.
Hope.
We all need hope.
Reboot Logbook Day #6
Mind – 4: I finished several online classes today and attended a personal growth group. I consistently sought to stay on track and focused. It was a good day.
Body – 3: I was under my calorie allotment, ate healthy food, and kept sugar consumption down to a half teaspoon in a tall cup of coffee. Exercise was minimal, though. I worked in the garden and mowed the lawn with a push mower. I’m beginning to feel the results of my reboot. I can put on my work boots and tie them with minimal effort! Trust me, that’s a big deal for a little guy with an overblown gut!
Spirit – 2: I started the day with The DEEP, but prayer time has been slim… and zero meditation.
Look, you don’t have to do everything perfectly to succeed, but you do need to keep walking in the right direction.
Don’t quit. Never quit. Never give up!
NOTES
