I weigh in each Sunday and record several other stats: waist size, body fat percentage, and such. This being the first check on numbers since beginning calorie counting, I was excited to see the results.
I stepped on the scale and was immediately disappointed.
Comparing this week’s weight to last week’s number, though, showed a drop of two pounds — not as much as I’d hoped for, but still a healthy amount and headed in the right direction. Girth was down half an inch.
My goal is to drop at least 10 more pounds over the next 30 days. I can do it, if I stay on track.

Reboot Logbook Day #4
Mind – 3: I invested time in studying my craft, and I kept a positive attitude for the most part.
Body – 3: I was within my caloric intake level, and I rode my bike for almost four miles
Spirit – 3: No meditation at all today and very little prayer. I did get out the door and attend a Church service, though.
I’ll take threes any time. They show continued effort, and that’s exactly what I need. If I keep walking in the right direction, I’ll get there!
NOTES
