In the spirit of “The worker is worthy of his hire,” this blog does accept paid sponsorships for some of the material. I know that some of you are blog purists and are outraged to think that a blogger would make a dime off of his or her work. I don’t understand that position, but I do acknowledge it. Work is work and writing is one of the most difficult and most important works around. If you are really bound to the “no pay” position, then I encourage you to go to your place of employment and tell them that you no longer wish to receive pay…since “it just isn’t right.”
The biggest disclosure of all is that I am a Christian–a believer in the birth, death, resurrection, and ultimate purpose of the Lord Jesus Christ. For me, the events of this world foreshadow the coming of a much greater reality. My hope is that you really didn’t need for me to tell you that–since you can see it in my writing.
One more disclosure: I am a poet.
Beyond that, the following disclosures are offered that we may operate above-board and with your confidence:

This blog was developed in response to the author’s viewing of Paul at Britain’s Got Talent and the realization that the Paul Potts Story is about much more than just Paul Potts. For questions about this blog, please contact don@roadturn.com.

The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content.
